returns the string expressing a float

stringf

stringf(v)

        Returns the string expressing the float v with decimal part on 3 characters.
stringf("nf",v)
        Returns the string expressing the float v with decimal part on n characters.
Exemples:
$stringf(123.456) prints 123.45
$stringf("3f",123.456) prints 123.45
$stringf("0f",123.456) prints 123
$stringf("3f,2f",123.456,-13.57) prints 123.45,-13.5
for(i=0,3){f=string(i),"f";$stringf(f,123.45678);NL;}
prints:
123
123.
123.4
123.45
